Before You Ship —

Important Requirements

• ✅ RGA number required: You must obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number before shipping. Include it on a piece of paper inside the box.
• ✅ Item must be unused: All returned merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and unchanged from its original state.
• ✅ Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Do not write on, tape over, or affix labels to the product box itself.
• 💲 Processing fee: Returns are assessed a $15.00 processing fee per RGA number, or a 15% restocking fee (whichever is greater).
• 🚫 No special orders: We cannot accept returns on special order and/or non-stocking items.

Return Instructions

1. Request an RGA Number: Contact us by phone or email to request your RGA number. No returns will be accepted without one.
2. Pack Carefully: Use a sturdy shipping carton. Place your RGA number on a piece of paper inside the box. Do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself.
3. Ship to the address below and include a copy of your original invoice inside the package.
